IDR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Tempe, AZ. This role involves direct customer interaction within a fast-paced environment, focusing on resolving inquiries related to products and services. The company operates within the customer service industry, emphasizing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Position Overview for the Customer Service Representative :
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
• Resolve customer complaints and billing issues through exchanges, refunds, or adjustments.
• Record detailed information of customer interactions and transactions in company systems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper resolution of concerns.

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative :
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
