IDR is seeking a Director, Transaction Advisory to join one of our top clients for an opportunity remotely. This role is within a leading professional services firm focused on strategic advisory, mergers, and acquisitions. The position offers a chance to lead complex transaction engagements and support growth initiatives within the M&A practice.
Position Overview for the Director, Transaction Advisory:
- Lead and manage complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients.
- Support transactions from pre-close readiness through integration and execution.
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused insights and support business development efforts.
- Drive growth and identify new opportunities within the M&A practice.
- Mentor and lead teams to establish a strategic vision, foster trust, and motivate staff.
Requirements for the Director, Transaction Advisory:
- A bachelor's degree, ideally with a major in accounting or finance.
- Approximately 10 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years in financial due diligence.
- Successful track record of building and growing a Transaction Advisory Service Practice.
