QA DOCUMENT REVIEW SPECIALIST | REMOTE The Select Group is looking for a talented QA Document Review Specialist to join one of our top pharmaceutical manufacturing partners. This person will be responsible for manually reviewing documents, classifying them appropriately, and loading the documentation to the appropriate system. They will also be reviewing various types of documents related to quality, marketing, technical, manufacturing, and operations.
QA DOCUMENT REVIEW SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS - 2+ years of experience in document review/quality assurance
- Experience with PDF documents and document management systems
- Experience with document asset management (DAM) systems and classification software
- Proficiency in MS Excel: Ability to manipulate data (parse data, delaminate data, etc.), VLOOKUPs, large data set exports, pivot tables, and creating Excel templates
- Ability to work remotely and host/attend meetings and calls in a virtual setting
- Basic understanding of compliance requirements
Bonus skills:
- Basic knowledge of relational and hierarchical database models
- Experience with Pimcore, Widen, AgilePLM, and/or Informatica Product360
- Any documentation certification
QA DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES Document Review
- Manually review PDF documents to ensure they are correctly classified based on predefined criteria
- Perform checksum review comparison of files to be migrated and uploaded
Classification Verification
- Assess documents to determine if they have been categorized correctly
- Reclassify documents if necessary, ensuring compliance with classification guidelines
Quality Assurance
- Perform quality checks to maintain high standards of document accuracy
- Identify and report any inconsistencies or errors found during the review process
Collaboration
- Work closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to discuss findings and implement improvements
Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all reviewed documents and their classification status
- Prepare reports summarizing review findings and present them to management
- Edit and implement process changes to documentation
Data Migration
- Migrate, update, and maintain document metadata
- Migrate, update, and maintain document reference to products in one or more platform
