IDR is seeking a Dynatrace Expert to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This long-term contract role focuses on end-to-end Dynatrace monitoring across a complex ecosystem. You will lead the creation of observability dashboards to track the “Physician Journey” and use AI to automate alerts for DevOps and Tier III Support teams.
Position Overview for the Dynatrace Expert
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynatrace monitoring across the PEX ecosystem
- Build observability dashboards that provide a “Single Pane of Glass” view of PEX microservices (Encounters, Orders, Meds) and their integrations
- Implement smart Dynatrace automations across OVBS (Web) and OVSS (Mobile), including Real User Monitoring (RUM) to measure physician satisfaction and application latency
- Use Dynatrace AI (Davis) to establish dynamic thresholds that reduce alert fatigue and enable proactive outage resolution
- Ensure integration between Dynatrace, PagerDuty, and GCP Console to support rapid operational response
Requirements for the Dynatrace Expert:
- 5+ years of dedicated Dynatrace experience (Admin/Expert level)
- Strong familiarity with PagerDuty and GCP Observability suites
- Proven track record of implementing Dynatrace in a mobile + web environment with complex backend microservices
- Experience implementing smart Dynatrace automations across OVBS (web)
- Experience implementing smart Dynatrace automations across OVSS (mobile)
