This role involves leading the successful delivery of Workday HCM modules within a dynamic and highly regulated industry. Position Overview for the ERP Workday Functional Program Manager - HCM:
- Responsible for managing schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery for the HCM domain.
- Reports to the ERP Program Director and oversees multiple project phases.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of Workday HCM modules.
- Manages project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication in a complex environment.
- Ensures compliance with industry and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements for the ERP Workday Functional Program Manager - HCM:
- 8–12 years ERP delivery experience.
- At least 2 Workday implementations in the HCM domain.
- Experience in complex, regulated environments.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on risk and dependency management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
