IDR is seeking a ERP Workday Program Manager - Finance to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role offers an exciting chance to lead critical ERP finance initiatives within a prominent organization in a hybrid work environment, focusing on large-scale enterprise system implementations.

Position Overview for the ERP Workday Program Manager - Finance:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday finance modules, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery for the functional domain, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of financial systems.
• Oversee project resources, budgets, and timelines in a complex, regulated environment.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize ERP processes and system performance.

Requirements for the ERP Workday Program Manager - Finance:
• 8–12 years of ERP delivery experience.
• At least 2 Workday implementations in the finance domain.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP projects within complex, regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, risks, and dependencies effectively in a dynamic setting.
