We’re looking for a Global Talent Development Manager to partner with the Director of Talent and lead a small team in designing and delivering global learning programs that help managers grow, boost engagement, and strengthen inclusion. You’ll own instructional design, facilitation and program management—turning survey insights into measurable action and scalable solutions that support succession and leadership effectiveness.
What you'll do:
- Co-create and evolve an enterprise learning strategy aligned to business priorities and future talent needs.
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of scalable learning (in-person, virtual, blended, digital) for managers, leaders, mentors, and employees.
- Consult with HR and business leaders to diagnose performance gaps using data and translate insights into targeted, measurable solutions.
- Enable core talent processes—succession planning, talent reviews, and career pathing—and own the engagement survey program (admin, analysis, action planning, tracking).
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team; provide coaching to leaders and participants to embed behavior change.
- Measure impact and continuously improve—track effectiveness, report outcomes, and integrate inclusive practices across all programs.
- Stay current on L&D best practices and company offerings to ensure relevance; support additional initiatives; travel globally up to ~10%.
What it takes:
- Strategic L&D leader who can co-create and evolve an enterprise learning strategy tied to business priorities and future skills.
- End-to-end learning architect and facilitator: needs analysis, instructional design, project management, and delivery across in-person, virtual, blended, and digital.
- Data-driven business consultant who diagnoses performance gaps and builds targeted, measurable solutions.
- Experience enabling core talent processes (succession, talent reviews, career pathing) and owning the engagement survey lifecycle—from admin and analysis to action planning and tracking.
- People leader who coaches and develops a small team and equips managers and leaders to drive behavior change.
- Measurement and inclusion mindset: define success, track outcomes, iterate, and embed inclusive practices in all programs.
- Continuous learner who stays current on adult learning, ID best practices, and L&D trends; ensures content reflects our products and processes.
- Willing to travel globally up to ~10%.

Occasionally works in outside weather conditions. Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
