IDR is seeking a Hospital Revenue Cycle Training Lead to join a remote opportunity. This role is vital in supporting strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing hospital revenue cycle processes through targeted training and operational improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs that align with workflow changes, helping to drive sustainable revenue enhancements for a leading healthcare organization.
Position Overview for the Hospital Revenue Cycle Training Lead:
- Support and execute training initiatives supporting hospital revenue cycle improvement projects.
- Partner with project teams and internal training functions to create curriculum and training materials.
- Translate workflow changes into effective education programs suitable for diverse hospital settings.
- Mentor and support internal training staff to enhance overall training delivery.
- Contribute to the modernization of hospital revenue cycle training programs through innovative tools and techniques.
Requirements for the Hospital Revenue Cycle Training Lead:
- Multiple years of hospital revenue cycle training experience in an operational setting.
- Strong understanding of core revenue cycle concepts and workflows.
- Experience developing training materials, curricula, and workflow-based education programs.
- Ability to execute training quickly in a dynamic project environment.
- Familiarity with training technologies and tools that improve speed, consistency, and effectiveness of training delivery.
