Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HR File Scanning Admin:
Support the digitization of employee new hire documents by scanning and indexing files into an electronic document management system. Ensure all scanned documents are clear, complete, and legible, adhering to established guidelines for naming and filing. Prepare physical files for scanning by organizing, removing staples, and sorting documents. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times. Conduct basic quality checks to ensure files are properly saved and accessible.
Required Skills for HR File Scanning Admin:
Previous experience in clerical, administrative, or data entry roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow file-naming conventions. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in using scanners, computers, and basic office software, including Microsoft tools and Adobe. High school diploma or equivalent required.
