IDR is seeking a Hyperscale Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is ideal for experienced project managers with a background in hyperscale data center projects, providing an engaging environment to oversee critical operational processes.
Position Overview for the Hyperscale Project Manager:
- Manage and maintain project controls, including production schedule monitoring and reporting into the program manager
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve project issues proactively
- Support facilities operations by tracking and reporting issues, ensuring follow-through with the facilities team
- Coordinate activities related to data center rack build and inventory management
- Ensure strict adherence to onsite schedules, working Monday through Saturday with flexible shift options
Requirements for the Hyperscale Project Manager:
- Proven experience in project management within hyperscale or data center environments
- Ability to work onsite in Memphis daily, including overtime if needed
- Strong communication and reporting skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Experience with facilities support, including tracking and resolving operational issues
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts (7am-4pm or 11am-7pm), with a readiness to adapt as necessary
