IDR is seeking an Ivalua Consultant to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting procurement and source-to-pay transformations within a leading organization in the industry. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to implement and optimize Ivalua solutions throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Position Overview for the Ivalua Consultant :
- Lead and support the configuration, customization, and deployment of Ivalua solutions across Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and translate functional needs into scalable Ivalua solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with procurement, sourcing, contract management, and supplier management stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and interface design.
Requirements for the Ivalua Consultant :
- Ivalua L3 Certification (required).
- 5–8 years of experience implementing or supporting Ivalua solutions.
- Demonstrated experience participating in at least one full end-to-end Ivalua implementation lifecycle.
- Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Procurement Operations, Supplier Management, P2P, or S2P.
- Understanding of system integration concepts, including REST APIs, SOAP services, flat files, and SFTP-based integrations.
