IDR is seeking a Manager, Transaction Advisory to join one of our top clients for an opportunity remotely. This role focuses on leading financial due diligence engagements within the M&A space, supporting private equity and strategic clients through various transaction stages. The company operates in the financial advisory industry and is committed to delivering high-quality insights and services.
Position Overview for the Manager, Transaction Advisory:
- Lead complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients.
- Support transactions from pre-close readiness through integration and execution.
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused insights and drive business development initiatives.
- Manage multiple challenging financial due diligence projects, ensuring timely and responsive services.
- Lead and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and trustful environment.
Requirements for the Manager, Transaction Advisory:
- A bachelor's degree, ideally with a major in accounting or finance
- 5+ years in an audit or transaction advisory practice
- 2+ years of Financial Due Diligence experience
