IDR is seeking a Medicaid Data Architect to join one of our top clients for an on-site opportunity in Austin, TX. This role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to analyze, develop, and test system enhancements within a government agency environment, particularly related to Medicaid Claims Processing and infrastructure.
Position Overview for the Medicaid Data Architect:
The Medicaid Data Architect position is an Information Technology (IT) position and will be a part of the Medicaid sprint team working in collaboration with the Office of Data Analytics & Performance (DAP). This architect designs and implements integrated data solutions for a multi-terabyte data integration hub implementation. The mission of PMAS is to ensure client curated data is visible, accessible where appropriate, understandable in context, trusted by users, and uniformly governed in order to support integrated data analytics in the Integrated Continuum of Care Analytics initiative. This enables data-driven decision making across the system.
Requirements for the Medicaid Data Architect:
- 8+ years’ experience working with Data Architecture principles, capabilities, and best practices with the proven ability to define, document and apply standards and best practices
- 10+ years’ experience working with Medicaid data; specifically in the areas such as provider claims & encounters as well as client movements and clinical assessments
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) from DAMA
