Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Monitoring & Automation Administrator:

• Develop and sustain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and SLO/SLA reporting using Dynatrace as the primary tool.

• Design and implement automated workflows utilizing tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and ServiceNow.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to integrate telemetry and logging standards effectively.

• Utilize AI/ML features in observability platforms to enhance alert accuracy and root cause analysis.

• Engage in incident response activities, including after-action reviews and proactive system improvements.

Required Skills for Monitoring & Automation Administrator:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE with a focus on monitoring and automation.

• Proficient in observability platforms like Dynatrace, Datadog, or Grafana.

• Skilled in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

• Strong understanding of telemetry concepts, including logs, metrics, traces, and events.

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and on-premises systems.
