IDR is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable integration solutions within a leading organization focused on digital transformation and cloud integration. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in MuleSoft technologies, API-led connectivity, and cloud deployment patterns.
Position Overview for the MuleSoft Developer:
- Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft integrations and APIs using Mule 4 and DataWeave, aligned with API-led connectivity principles
- Deploy and support MuleSoft applications on CloudHub 2.0 and Runtime Fabric, including configuration management, scaling, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cloud and platform teams to ensure deployments align with AWS and EKS standards (networking, security, monitoring, and operations)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and release processes to promote builds across environments with traceability and quality controls
- Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and create runbooks, dashboards, and alerts to improve operational excellence
Requirements for the MuleSoft Developer:
- 3+ years of experience building integrations using Mule 4 and DataWeave 2.0
- Strong experience in designing and delivering API-led connectivity architectures
- Hands-on experience with Anypoint Studio, Exchange, API Manager, and Anypoint Monitoring
- Proficiency in API specifications using RAML and/or OAS (OpenAPI)
- Experience deploying applications in production using CloudHub 2.0 and MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF)
