Position Overview for the Order Management Coordinator:
Analyze technical manuals and wiring schematics to accurately answer customer inquiries
Process customer orders in an accurate and expeditious manner, adhering to Division policies
Handle high-volume data entry and respond to emails in a timely manner
Investigate and resolve shipment errors, damaged freight, and billing errors
Monitor and expedite all open orders, working closely with the warehouse and logistics departments
Required Skills for the Order Management Coordinator:
Bachelors degree, professional certification preferred.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Proven planning, problem-solving, and business logic abilities.
Excel experience preferred
