Position Overview for the Payroll Specialist : The ideal candidate is an experienced compensation professional (5+ years) with strong expertise in market pricing, job evaluation, and pay structures, who is highly analytical and detail-oriented. They are comfortable managing offers, promotions, and annual compensation cycles, using tools like Excel and Workday to analyze pay data, ensure equity, and support compliant decision-making. Required Skills for the Payroll Specialist :
5+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience in corporate environments.
3+ years of experience working with compensation principles, job evaluation, market pricing, and pay structures
2+ years of experience working with compensation surveys and HR systems (Workday).
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and explain data to non-technical stakeholders.
