Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator (Construction):
• Support the department by managing standard operating procedures, file management, and financial reporting.
• Handle the reconciliation and closure of financial and administrative documents, ensuring timely processing of invoices and pay applications.
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to manage Tenant Improvement Allowance, license applications, and construction notices.
• Assist in the bidding process, document storage, and verification of new store addresses.
• Provide support in the use of Project Management Software and coordinate ad-hoc reporting as requested by leadership.

Required Skills for Project Coordinator (Construction):
• Minimum of 2 years of related business experience, preferably in construction or finance.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with Project Management Software like Projectmates or Procore.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
