IDR is seeking a Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Marina del Rey, CA. This organization operates within the healthcare or public service industry, focusing on program management and organizational support. The role involves supporting department initiatives, coordinating logistics, and assisting with performance improvement projects.
Position Overview for the Project Coordinator:
- Supports the planning and execution of department programs and initiatives, maintaining schedules, agendas, and tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Interfaces with various departments, staff, and stakeholders to coordinate logistics and provide pertinent information as directed by leadership.
- Organizes and coordinates the development of featured events, meetings, and materials, potentially representing the organization.
- Promotes positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting communication, education, and onboarding efforts.
- Creates reports for management to evaluate program performance and assists with documenting compliance and tracking project progress.
Requirements for the Project Coordinator :
- HSD/GED required, with 3 years of administrative or strategic support experience.
- Flu vaccinated (no exemptions/no declinations).
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in project coordination or management.
- Ability to support performance improvement and quality projects, creating reports and tracking key metrics.
