IDR is seeking a Project Coordinator, Solutions Enablement to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee. This role supports the Solutions & Enablement team by keeping marketing work organized, moving, and on track across multiple initiatives. You’ll coordinate intake, manage timelines, maintain deliverables, and ensure approvals are completed on schedule.
Position Overview for the Project Coordinator, Solutions Enablement:
- Coordinate day-to-day deliverables using a ticketing/work management approach, ensuring accurate information and strong ticket hygiene.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and due dates while tracking progress and following up to keep work moving.
- Partner closely with Marketing Managers and project leadership to support intake, prioritization, and timely approvals.
- Support multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously with high attention to detail and clear communication.
Requirements for the Project Coordinator, Solutions Enablement:
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in follow-up and asking questions
- Foundational understanding of marketing or project coordination (academic, internship, or early career experience acceptable)
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally to translate campaign needs into actionable tasks and tickets
