IDR is seeking a Salesforce QA Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lansing, MI. This role supports a critical public sector project, focusing on ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce CRM applications through comprehensive testing processes.

Position Overview for the Salesforce QA Analyst:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing within Agile development cycles
• Validate system integrations, including testing of external and interfacing systems
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman (REST/SOAP services)
• Log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps, ensuring full lifecycle visibility

Requirements for the Salesforce QA Analyst:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce CRM applications (domain knowledge strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency in API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools such as Postman
• Experience with defect tracking tools, specifically Azure DevOps, including managing the full defect lifecycle
