IDR is seeking a Senior Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role is focused on evaluating and operationalizing emerging technology opportunities within the talent and HR technology ecosystem. It offers a dynamic environment for a technology enthusiast interested in driving innovation and strategic vendor evaluation.
Position Overview for the Senior Analyst:
- Evaluate and shape the use of emerging technologies landscape and beyond.
- Lead pilots, assess vendors, and develop actionable recommendations to expand technology offerings.
- Partner closely with HRIS, integrations, and analytics teams to provide structured support and insights.
- Focus on tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, AI, automation, and next-generation workforce tools.
- Translate innovative ideas into strategic business recommendations and pilot implementations.
Requirements for the Senior Analyst:
- 6+ years as an Analyst responsible for execution of strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives
- Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and next-generation workforce tools
- 2+ years of experience building and deploying Microsoft Power Automate
- Ability to lead pilots, vendor evaluations, and deliver executive recommendations, presentations, and documentation
- Proven ability to partner with HRIS, integrations, and analytics teams
