IDR is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role involves leading digital transformation initiatives within a public sector organization focused on healthcare systems, with an emphasis on business process reengineering and strategic business modeling.

Position Overview for the Senior Business Analyst:

• Lead large-scale digital transformation projects to leverage emerging technologies for strategic organizational goals.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and designing optimized future-state processes.
• Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts, including process models, data models, and capability models.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, IT teams, and external partners to elicit, analyze, and validate complex business requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.

Requirements for the Senior Business Analyst:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in a Business data analyst role or similar strategic capacity, with a focus on enterprise-level initiatives.
• 8+ years of proven experience leading or significantly contributing to digital transformation and business process reengineering projects.
• 8+ years of expertise with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture) and practical application in complex system environments.
• 8+ years of strong business modeling skills using BPMN, UML, ArchiMate.
• 8+ years of analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
