IDR is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Revenue Cycle Applications to support revenue cycle applications and integrations across BrightSpring. This role is an integral part of their healthcare services organization, focusing on ensuring the efficient operation of revenue systems across the enterprise. The position offers a hands-on opportunity to work at the intersection of Revenue Cycle, Finance, Operations, and IT, supporting end-to-end revenue cycle workflows without mentioning specific compensation details.
Position Overview for the Senior Business Systems Analyst – Revenue Cycle Applications:
- Support and optimize revenue cycle applications and integrations in a healthcare organization.
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Operations, Contracting, Finance/GL, and IT teams to gather and document business and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and configuration requirements in partnership with software vendors.
- Coordinate testing, release planning, and ongoing production support for complex revenue cycle workflows.
- Provide direct end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system configurations and master data to ensure stable application operations.
Requirements for the Senior Business Systems Analyst – Revenue Cycle Applications:
- 5+ years of systems/business analysis experience supporting complex enterprise applications, preferably in healthcare, with demonstrated knowledge of revenue cycle workflows.
- Relational database/reporting experience (extracts, validation, reconciliation, ad hoc reporting).
- Experience working with vendor applications and support organizations; comfortable escalating and driving closure.
- Familiarity with financial interfaces and GL mapping concepts; experience supporting audit/control requests.
- Experience with ticketing workflows (intake, prioritization, SLAs, incident/problem/change).
