IDR is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Sacramento, CA. This role involves supporting a government-related project within the public sector, focusing on developing responsive and high-performance frontend applications. Position Overview for the Senior Frontend Developer:
- Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of frontend solutions
- Develop responsive, high-performance applications using React 18 and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Build and maintain reusable components utilizing functional components and React hooks
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and UI implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, backend developers, and QA/testing teams
Requirements for the Senior Frontend Developer:
- Strong hands-on experience with React 18
- Experience with functional components and hooks in React
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including destructuring, spread/rest operators, async/await, modules, and optional chaining
- Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and SASS/SCSS
- Experience building modern, scalable frontend architectures
