IDR is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics professional to develop and enhance enterprise reporting and analytics solutions within a healthcare setting. This remote role offers the opportunity to improve data quality, automate reporting processes, and create executive dashboards that support strategic decision-making. You will play a key part in establishing scalable analytics capabilities that drive operational efficiency and insights.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating existing reporting workflows, dashboards, and data sources to identify improvement areas
- Designing data models, defining key performance indicators, and establishing data governance standards
- Building automated data pipelines and reporting solutions to streamline data delivery
- Creating executive and operational dashboards with self-service features for end-users
- Ensuring data accuracy through validation, quality checks, and report optimization
- Providing documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams to support ongoing analytics efforts
Requirements for the Senior Healthcare Analytics Consultant:
- Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in healthcare analytics, ideally supporting Epic systems
- Extensive expertise in SQL and data modeling techniques for complex data environments
- Hands-on experience working with Epic Clarity reporting and querying tools
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms for visualization
- Background supporting executive-level reporting and operational analytics projects
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards, data governance, and quality management practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions

Compensation Range: $85-95/hr
