IDR is seeking a Site Operations Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role supports the daily operations of digital tools and platforms, ensuring smooth website and app functionality through monitoring, issue escalation, and data analysis. The company operates within the digital and eCommerce industry, focusing on enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
Position Overview for the Site Operations Analyst:
- Support the day-to-day operations of digital platforms, including monitoring and managing guest-facing experiences.
- Respond to and escalate technical issues, bugs, or errors to appropriate teams, ensuring minimal impact on users.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, IT, and product teams to address operational challenges.
- Execute testing of new features for functionality, regression, and edge cases, ensuring quality across devices.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to identify and suggest improvements.
Requirements for the Site Operations Analyst:
- 2+ years of experience in digital operations, eCommerce, or technical support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of digital platforms and user experience
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
