IDR is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role supports the company's marketing efforts within highly regulated industries like financial services and insurance, focusing on executing organic social media strategies across multiple subsidiary brands. The position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance and brand standards.
Position Overview for the Social Media Coordinator:
- Support the social media team in executing organic social media strategies for various subsidiary brands.
- Manage content production, scheduling, and publishing across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Instagram.
- Coordinate reviews and approvals with marketing, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders.
- Track and report on content performance, engagement, and channel health.
- Assist in developing content ideas and maintaining social media governance processes.
Requirements for the Social Media Coordinator:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content publishing, or digital marketing.
- Experience supporting social media programs in regulated industries, preferably financial services or insurance.
- Strong experience with organic social media publishing and social content operations.
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tools to manage content workflows.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Sprinklr or similar tools.
