IDR is seeking a Solutions Architect (Security) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, McLean, or Memphis. This role involves leading secure solution architecture for customer-facing initiatives across web, mobile, APIs, and platform integrations, impacting millions of users worldwide. The company specializes in the hospitality industry and emphasizes security, scalability, and innovative digital solutions.

Position Overview for the Solutions Architect (Security):

• Lead the design and review of secure solution architectures for critical customer-facing platforms used globally.
• Partner with delivery teams to embed security best practices into application development and deployment.
• Develop and maintain security reference architectures, including API security, identity management, cloud security, and encryption.
• Collaborate with enterprise solution architecture, security, and engineering teams to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Clearly communicate design choices, trade-offs, risks, and controls to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements for the Solutions Architect (Security):

• 7+ years of professional experience in technology, software engineering, cybersecurity, or architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering or application delivery experience.
• 3+ years of solution or enterprise architecture experience.
• 4+ years of work in domains such as product security, application security, cloud security, or customer identity management.
• Practical knowledge of customer identity/authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML), cloud/security concepts, cryptography, and secure software design.
