IDR is seeking a Support Representative I to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a call center environment, handling inbound calls and inquiries from teammates and leaders, and supporting various Human Resources functions using system tools and knowledge bases.
Position Overview for the Support Representative I:
- Handle phones, chat, and manage two TMSS queues in a fast-paced environment.
- Respond to inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide general information, systems support, and problem resolution related to HR policies and procedures.
- Utilize supporting documents such as Knowledgebase, Village Web, and Job Aides proactively.
- Partner with internal/external teams to deliver integrated and exceptional customer service, including warm transfers.
Requirements for the Support Representative I:
- High school diploma or equivalent (must have proof prior to submission).
- Some previous experience in call center/helpdesk Tier I support.
- Experience handling a large volume of calls daily.
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Previous troubleshooting experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday preferred.
