IDR is seeking a Systems Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role involves supporting medical applications and clinical technologies within a healthcare setting. Position Overview for the Systems Analyst:
- Performs entry to mid-level systems analysis and support work focused on medical applications and clinical technologies.
- Acts as a frontline resource for troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving Tier 2–3 incidents related to medical systems.
- Collaborates with clinical users, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
- Participates in testing, validation, and implementation of system changes, upgrades, and security protocols.
- Supports documentation, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional project coordination.
Requirements for the Systems Analyst II:
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems support or application support within a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of medical applications, PACS, and imaging workflows.
- Experience supporting EMR systems or clinical applications.
- Basic understanding of system integration, biomedical device interfaces, and SDLC methodologies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with vendors, clinical staff, and IT teams.
