IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager - Property Management to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This company operates in the real estate investment, development, construction, and property management sector, managing over 60 properties across the U.S. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, building talent pipelines, and serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers within their property management portfolio.
Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Manager - Property Management:
- Manage a requisition load of over 40 active roles across various levels, including leadership and field positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and select candidates for roles such as regional managers, property managers, leasing agents, and site attendants.
- Lead the interview process, including candidate screening, assessments, and presenting hiring recommendations.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to leadership, influencing hiring outcomes and improving recruitment processes.
Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Manager - Property Management:
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in leadership, high-volume, and multi-site environments.
- Demonstrated success managing 40+ requisitions concurrently.
- Strong experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Proficiency using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms (preferably Paycor).
- Experience within real estate, property management, hospitality, healthcare, or similar service industries is preferred, especially if related to affordable housing.
