IDR is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Rochester, Minnesota. This role is vital for aligning business objectives with Agile delivery within a healthcare or laboratory environment, focusing on digital products and workflows.
Position Overview for the Technical Product Owner:
- Act as the primary business representative to the Scrum team, ensuring alignment between business goals and Agile delivery
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and release plans
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, writing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, facilitating communication and understanding
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and approve completed work to ensure quality and alignment
Requirements for the Technical Product Owner:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Digital Access & Enablement – Communications Digital product experience
- Strong Agile/Scrum expertise and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in Scrum Product Owner within 1 year if not already obtained
- Experience in healthcare and/or laboratory environments, including EPIC API experience
