IDR is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams delivering complex infrastructure platform programs that support large-scale digital products and services. This is a great fit for a hands-on program leader who thrives in Agile environments and can align stakeholders, timelines, and technical delivery.
Position Overview for the Technical Program Manager II:
- Lead cross-functional, multi-team technical programs supporting an infrastructure platform and its integrations
- Build and manage program plans, milestones, roadmaps, and communication cadences to drive predictable delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery processes for medium-to-large teams using tools like Jira
- Track program performance, manage risks/issues, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment across workstreams
- Support release planning and partner relationships by providing visibility into progress and dependencies
Requirements for the Technical Program Manager II:
- 4+ years of relevant program/project management experience in a technical environment
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery and facilitating team ceremonies (Jira or similar tools)
- Familiarity with software development, infrastructure, or live operations concepts and workflows
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Comfort working with technical components such as architecture considerations, tools, and deployment practices
