Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Telecom Engineer:

Design, install, configure, and upgrade telecommunications systems and networks. Diagnose, repair, and optimize voice systems to ensure peak performance. Analyze and resolve telecommunications circuit and system issues efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet user needs and project goals. Potential for on-call duties and occasional after-hours work.

Required Skills for Telecom Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Genesys. Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare applications and telecom systems. Proficiency in telecom network architecture, protocols, and technologies. Strong project management and communication skills.
