IDR is seeking a Thin Client Refresh Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Marietta, GA. This role involves supporting healthcare environments through endpoint device upgrades and refreshes, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. The company is a leader in the healthcare industry, focusing on patient care and operational efficiency.
Position Overview for the Thin Client Refresh Specialist:
- Responsible for installing, upgrading, and refreshing thin client devices at various healthcare facility locations.
- Support end users during the deployment process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Comply with strict dress code and safety policies, including flu vaccination requirements.
- Travel between multiple sites as needed, with an emphasis on minimizing travel when possible.
- Collaborate with the team to complete refresh cycles within the specified project duration.
Requirements for the Thin Client Refresh Specialist:
- 2–3 years of experience conducting installs and refreshes for thin clients.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn; can be trained if needed.
- Experience working in healthcare environments is preferred.
- Ability to work onsite at Wellstar locations Monday through Friday and travel as needed.
