IDR is seeking a Workday Reports Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is integral to supporting a major Workday implementation project within the public sector, focusing on reporting and system analysis. The position offers a chance to lead reporting initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Position Overview for the Workday Reports Lead:
- Lead the Workday reporting workstream across the implementation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all reporting-related needs and issues
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by troubleshooting reporting defects, updating, and fixing existing reports
- Maintain and enhance existing Workday reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality reporting outputs and provide guidance on report design and best practices
Requirements for the Workday Reports Lead:
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting experience
- Strong experience with Workday report writing (advanced, matrix, composite reports)
- Troubleshooting and resolving reporting defects
- Proven ability to own and lead a reporting workstream independently
- Must have a Workday Reporting certification
