IDR is seeking a Workday Training Content Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in South Carolina. This role involves developing comprehensive training materials for Workday modules to support user adoption and understanding within a dynamic organization in the higher education sector.
Position Overview for the Workday Training Content Developer:
- Design and develop Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials using PowerPoint and other tools
- Create Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) to support end users with clear, concise instructions
- Develop engaging eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline
- Produce and edit training videos using screen capture software (e.g., Camtasia)
- Collaborate with functional and project teams to ensure training materials align with system functionality and business processes
Requirements for the Workday Training Content Developer:
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Finance (FIN), or Workday Extend
- Proven experience developing Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials (PowerPoint-based)
- Experience creating Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)
- Proficiency with video capture/editing tools (e.g., Camtasia)
- Experience with Articulate Storyline for eLearning development
