Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Workstation Technician:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a technical support role
- Utilize ticket tracking software and related tools for documentation of operations
- Exhibit flexibility with workloads to accommodate special projects or requests and high priority orders
- Understand and match customer requests with appropriate IT solutions (hardware or software)
- This is a one-year contract position
Required Skills for Workstation Technician:
- Two (2) years of customer service experience
- Good organizational skills and written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of computer-related terminology (CPU, Internet, Networking, Client/Server, LAN/WAN, etc.)
- Ability to lift seventy-five pounds or more and distinguish colors
- High School Diploma
