Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Workstation Technician: Collaborate with various support services to ensure seamless technical and equipment operations. Work closely with Workstation Support Services to manage hardware and software orders, ensuring they are received, configured, and installed efficiently. Serve as a technical liaison in the field, providing support and expertise as needed. Maintain confidentiality and deliver excellent customer service while working collaboratively with team members. Utilize ticket tracking software to document operations and manage workloads effectively.

Required Skills for Workstation Technician: High School Diploma and a valid driver's license. At least two years of experience in a related field, beyond just customer service. Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to understand and use computer-related terminology and evaluate customer requests for IT solutions. Physical capability to lift seventy-five pounds, distinguish colors, and perform tasks involving bending, stooping, and kneeling.
